(First women ever to receive this honor) 1998 Certificate of Appreciation from the Oklahoma County Sheriffs TRIAD Unit and the Warr Acres Police Department for the 1998 Safety Fair. 1998 “98 Leadership & Service” Award from the OKC Chamber of Commerce. 1998 Staff Member Vickie Southard receives “Reserve Officer of the Year” from the Tuttle Police Department. 1998 “Eagle & Beyond” Award from the Last Frontier Council of the Boy Scouts of America. 1998 Staff Member Vickie Southard receives a Governor’s Commendation from Oklahoma Governor Frank Keating. 1998 Appreciation Plaque from the Oklahoma Station of Safari Club International. 1997 Miles Hall served as President of the West Area Council (a division of the OKC Chamber of Commerce.) 1997 Oklahoma State Citation by Lt. Governor Mary Fallin. 1996 Miles Hall served as Chairman for the Oklahoma City Public School’s “Principal for a Day” program. 1996 Miles Hall graduated from the FIRST Oklahoma City Police Citizen’s Academy. 1996 Staff Member Will Andrews received “Rotarian of the Year” from the North Oklahoma City Rotary Club. 1996 Appointed to Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness.
