We are humbled and grateful to be recognized and the purpose of this page is not to brag on ourselves but rather acknowledge the efforts of the staff and the groups who have sought fit to give the recognition.

2007     "Metro 50" honoree for fastest growing business in Central Oklahoma (5 time winner)

2007     Made the "INC. 5000" list of the fastest growing business in the nation.  The only gun store in the group, 63rd among listed retailers nation wide and 2,482 over all.

2007     S&W "Top Gun Award" for service and sales

2007     SCI (Safari Club Oklahoma Chapter) The "H. Don Chumley Award"

2007     NRA Granted the honor of "Golden Eagles"  within the association

2003      H&H sponsored the "Oklahoma Governors Top 20" Law Enforcement Top Shooters

2003      Appointed to Dealer Advisory Panel for the ATK company which owns Federal, CCI and Speer ammunition.

2003       Our Founder Miles Hall was elected to the Board of Governors for  the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF). The only Oklahoman to ever serve on this prestigious board.

2003        H&H was selected as one of four finalists for the 2003 Shot Show "Retailer of the Year." (Only Oklahoma Company ever selected three years in a row)

2002       Our Founder Miles Hall was elected as President of the National Association of Shooting Ranges (NASR).

2001        H&H was selected as one of four finalists for the 2002 Shot Show "Retailer of the Year." (Only Oklahoma Company every selected two years in a row)

2000        Staff member Vickie Southard Placed 2nd in the nation for Hunters Education Instructor of the year.

2000        Staff member Vickie Southard received "Hunter Education Instructor of the Year" (First person to receive the honor two years in a row.)

2000        Appointed to blue ribbon Steering Committee for the development of the national Association of Firearm Retailers, a division of NSSF.

2000        H&H was selected as one of four finalists for the 2001 Shot Show "Retailer of the Year." (First Oklahoma Company every selected)

2000        Received first “5 Star Rating” from National Shooting Sports Foundation & National Association of Shooting Ranges

2000        “Metro 50” honoree for fastest growing business in central Oklahoma. (First Gun Related business in the history of the Metro 50)

2000        Appreciation Plaque from the Oklahoma Station of Safari Club International.

1999        Staff Member Will Andrews received the “Rotarian of the Year” from the North Oklahoma City Rotary Club.

1999        Appreciation Plaque from Junior Achievement of Greater Oklahoma City.

1999        Staff member, Vickie Southard placed 3^rd in the nation for Hunter Education Instructor of the year. (First women to ever place this high and only the second person from Oklahoma)

1999        Staff member, Vickie Southard received “Hunter Education Instructor of the Year” by the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife. (First women ever to receive this honor)

1998        Certificate of Appreciation from the Oklahoma County Sheriffs TRIAD Unit and the Warr Acres Police Department for the 1998 Safety Fair.

1998        “98 Leadership & Service” Award from the OKC Chamber of Commerce.

1998        Staff Member Vickie Southard receives “Reserve Officer of the Year” from the Tuttle Police Department.

1998        “Eagle & Beyond” Award from the Last Frontier Council of the Boy Scouts of America.

1998        Staff Member Vickie Southard receives a Governor’s Commendation from Oklahoma Governor Frank Keating.

1998        Appreciation Plaque from the Oklahoma Station of Safari Club International.

1997        Miles Hall served as President of the West Area Council (a division of the OKC Chamber of Commerce.)

1997        Oklahoma State Citation by Lt. Governor Mary Fallin.

1996        Miles Hall served as Chairman for the Oklahoma City Public School’s “Principal for a Day” program.

1996        Miles Hall graduated from the FIRST Oklahoma City Police Citizen’s Academy.

1996        Staff Member Will Andrews received “Rotarian of the Year” from the North Oklahoma City Rotary Club.

1996        Appointed to Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness. (Served until 1998)

1996        Governor’s Commendation for work with Children & Gun Safety (part of which involved the NRA’s Eddie Eagle Program) By Oklahoma Governor Keating.

1996        Started the Oklahoma Sensory Safari (a program for blind children)

1995        Appreciation Plaque from the Oklahoma Station of Safari Club International.

1995        Appointed advisor and Educational Committee Chairman for the SDA Law to State Senator Frank Shurden.

1995        Staff Member Vickie Southard received Certificate of recognition from the Becoming an Outdoor Women Workshop.

1996        Miles Hall was inducted into the Junior Achievement “Hall of Fame”

1995        Elected to the OKC Crime Stoppers Board (served until 1998)

1995        Miles Hall graduated from Leadership Edmond Class X

1994        Appreciation plaque from the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation

1994        Appreciation plaque from the Naval ROTC Unit & The University of Oklahoma.
